In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund. Eligibility for a Refund of modified items is determined on a case-by-case basis; we cannot guarantee eligibility for modified items.
In the case of Return Products, We Provide Refunds only after we received returned Products from the Client and check the eligibility of the Refund.
Refund Payment is paid as a store credit or as original Currency decides by MY TechnoCare® Team on a case-by-case basis investigation
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase, and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account. Refund the amount as store credit that can be used to purchase other items at MY TechnoCare® Store.
MY TechnoCare® ships its products across India. We try to provide you with the most economical shipping method by choosing the best courier carrier optimized by your order weight and destination. It is in our interest to provide you with the most cost-effective and optimum shipping route. Your order will be processed within 1-4 working days of completing the payment process. Please note that online payment Prepaid orders be processed only after realizing the amount. Processed orders will be immediately dispatched by courier and should reach your destination within the displayed time frame. Certain Destinations might require a few additional days for delivery. Once dispatched you will be provided with a tracking number by email and a URL that can be used to track the movement of your package.
Shipping Rates & Tariffs are Fixed all over India.
MY TechnoCare® ensures that each of its products is tested and confirms our quality standards. In the event that a product reaches you in a damaged condition, we will gladly accept it back and ship you a replacement. Please make sure that you return the damaged products to us within 7 days of receipt. We will not accept any returns or offer any reimbursement for products that have been partially or completely assembled (i.e has visible solder marks, cut leads, screw marks, etc).
Any packages lost in transit will have to be claimed within 14 days of the date of the invoice/payment of the order by the customer. MY TechnoCare® will either replace your order or reimburse the value of the package not exceeding INR 500.00 within 1 month of validating the claim with our carrier. International Orders and Shipping Policy
We ship internationally via India Post, DHL Express, FedEx, or other courier shipping services for the best service and rates. We charge a flat fee for all countries. Please note that any assessed duties or local taxes are not included in this rate and are the responsibility of the receiver.
Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.
Tracking Your International Order
You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Due to logistics and costs, we do not offer free return shipping on international orders. Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You may return an item if it is in original, unworn condition and with tags attached. Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment.
